This is such a beautiful property! The grounds are well-kept, the building looks modern and inviting, and the overall vibe is peaceful and upscale. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the community. One of my favorite apartment communities in the area and the staff is amazing!

If your looking for the best price and management come to Placita! Shout out to Karla who helps throughout the whole process, Khari for being very communicative manager and Marcos for any maintenance requests. My family and I have been loving it here!

Carol and Karla have been wonderful to work with! They are kind and extremely helpful. We officially move-in on 5/11, but things have been delivered ahead of time. Carol was kind enough to have the deliveries placed in my apartment. The rental process was smooth with them and they are proactive in ensuring my experience has been topnotch.
