Anytime we had questions or needed assistance whether it was maintenance issues, general inquiries, or follow-ups, Khari was always responsive, approachable, and genuinely helpful. He’s easy to talk to, easy to reach, and consistently goes above and beyond what’s expected in his role. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and personable, and Khari truly delivers on both. Placita Luxe is lucky to have him. Highly recommend working with him!

Anytime we have a question or need assistance, he is always there, never hesitates and always makes us feel supported. What I appreciate most is how he consistently goes above and beyond for the residents. Whether he’s in his office or just walking around the property, he still takes the time to help with a friendly and professional attitude. The maintenance team is also very helpful, always quick to respond and very respectful toward the residents. I truly appreciate everything the management and staff do to make Placita Lux a positive and welcoming place to live.

This is such a beautiful property! The grounds are well-kept, the building looks modern and inviting, and the overall vibe is peaceful and upscale. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the community. One of my favorite apartment communities in the area and the staff is amazing!
